Yes! We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and products. Mops, brooms and vacuum will need to be supplied by you. Please notify us if you would like us to use any specific product that you wish to provide.
We accept cheques, cash and e-transfers.
We do not provide laundry services at this time.
For our cleaner’s safety, we do not move furniture (couch, dresser, bed, oven, etc). If you would like those areas cleaned, please remove the relevant furniture before we arrive.
We are based out of Guelph and serve Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Surrounding Areas.
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we’ll set you up with the next best available date and time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; we’ll keep a credit on file for you in the amount that you paid which you can apply toward a future appointment.
Tipping is not required at all. However, if you feel that our cleaner has gone above and beyond, any gratuity is appreciated.
